Located in Florida, it maintains a working relationship with regulatory agencies to better serve its clients in permitting issues, including provide expert witness testimony in regulatory or technical geologic matters.

Mr. Robert J. Moresi has over 50 years of experience in natural resources studies, and is the President of Moresi Hydrogeologic Services, Inc. (MHS). He is a registered professional geologist in Florida and Virginia. His experience includes ten years with the State of Florida's water management districts, and the remainder in technical consulting. Mr. Moresi provides logical, practical solutions to diverse issues in a professional manor. This experience brings to MHS knowledgeable insight to the needs of clients seeking regulatory support, as well as technical diversity to provide services in many areas. This independent consulting firm provides lead and subcontracted services to private interests, public agencies, consulting and engineering firms, attorneys and municipalities. The expertise has included expert witness testimony on many issues, and technical support that includes, but is not limited to the following fields: groundwater, well design and construction, regional water resources studies, permitting support, contamination assessment, geologic assessment, and wellfield management.
